The Skyview PC Interface and Skyview 2.0 Software are compatible only with Skystream 3.7 wind generators equipped with the ZigBee 2.4 GHz communications package.

Important Note: The kilowatt hour (kWh) recording feature is only available with Skystream 3.7 inverter firmware version 2.02 and greater.

If your Skystream is currently equipped with inverter firmware version 2.0, click on the link below to download instructions for updating your Skystream inverter firmware to version 2.02. This should be done before installing Skyview 2.0..

Instructions for downloading Skyview 2.0

Click the link below to download new updates. You will need to unzip the
folder. After the folder downloads, follow this procedure to unzip it:

Double-click the zipped file.

In the window that opens, click Extract all files.

The Extraction Wizard opens.

Click Next.

In the Select a Destination panel, select the location where you want the folder to be placed, for example, the Desktop. Click Next.

In the Extraction Complete panel, select Show extracted files. Check Finish. The unzipped files appear in a new window.

Start with the file, "Skyview Instruction Manual.pdf" If you don't already have it, install Adobe Reader to read this document.

Skyview Software and Wireless PC Interface drivers: Download this group
of files if the Skystream has the 2.4GHz (ZigBee/XBee) communications
package installed. These files will permit you to install the Skyview Software on
your PC and include the driver files to connect your Wireless PC Interface to your PC. If you are upgrading from a previously installed version, you will not need to re-install the drivers and can skip to the software installation instructions.

The manual contains important information about installing the drivers and software, and the conflicts that anti-virus programs can cause during the installation.
