My turbine is broken or not performing properly, what do I do?

All Skystream and Whisper systems come with a full five-year warranty, and all AIR systems come with a three-year warranty. Your local dealer or installer can provide maintenance or troubleshooting service. Contact your dealer as a first step. If performance is an issue, it may depend on proper siting and many other factors. If you feel your turbine is not producing as expected, first contact your dealer. They may be able to view diagnostics for your system that can help troubleshoot.
